- 12 pieces Lasagna Noodles
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce. Add a layer of noodles, followed by a layer of ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
