Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your liking.
  6. 6. Serve hot with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
