Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
  4. 4. Grill the koftas for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
