Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork belly
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, ginger, honey, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add pork belly to the bowl and coat evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
