  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables (carrots, zucchini, green onions)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. 2. Add chopped vegetables to the batter and mix well.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. 5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
