Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes to the beef. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
