Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef ribeye, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and onion.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
