Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- ½ lb Beef thinly sliced
- 1 cup Spinach blanched
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Zucchini julienned
- 4 Eggs fried
- 2 tablespoon Gochujang
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a skillet, cook the beef with soy sauce and garlic until browned.
Blanch the spinach and set aside.
Julienne the carrots and zucchini, then sauté them separately until tender.
Fry the eggs sunny side up.
In a bowl, assemble the bibimbap by placing rice at the bottom, then arranging beef, spinach, carrots, zucchini, and a fried egg on top. Add a dollop of gochujang and drizzle with sesame oil.
