Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, gochujang, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef short ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled beef, kimchi, shredded lettuce, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds on each tortilla.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
