Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef short ribs
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the short ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely charred and cooked through.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
