Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder sliced thin
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, gochujang, rice vinegar, and grated ginger.
  2. 2. Add the sliced pork shoulder to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the marinated pork slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
