Kiwi Avocado Salsa Crostini

Main Ingredients
- 1 Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 Kiwis peeled and diced
- 1 Avocado diced
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced kiwis, avocado, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Top each crostini with a spoonful of the kiwi avocado salsa. Serve immediately.
