King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 12 pieces Corn Tortillas, torn into pieces
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, chili powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Layer half of the torn tortillas in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
