Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kimchi chopped
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, sliced cucumber, sesame oil, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds.
Toss well to combine.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
