  • 2 cups Kimchi chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, sliced cucumber, sesame oil, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds.
  2. Toss well to combine.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
