  • 1 cup Kimchi, chopped
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoon Kimchi juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, flour, water, egg, kimchi juice, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with dipping sauce if desired.
