  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, flour, water, and egg. Mix well.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
