Ingredients 

Pancake

  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, flour, water, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it out evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, and minced garlic to make the dipping sauce.
  5. 5. Serve the pancake hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
