Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, flour, water, and egg. Mix until well combined.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it out evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, and minced garlic to make the dipping sauce.
5. Serve the pancake hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
