- 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
- 4 potatoes diced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the diced potatoes, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
