Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • cup Sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Butter, melted

Filling

  • 4 large Egg Yolks
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
  • ½ cup Key Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Let the pie cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
