Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale chopped
  • 0.5 cup walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz pasta

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine kale, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto. Serve immediately.
