Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
5. Combine pasta with the sausage and kale mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
