Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta any kind
  • 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
  • 4 cups Kale chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Combine pasta with the sausage and kale mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
