Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill side up.
In a blender, combine kale, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Spoon the kale pesto onto each mushroom cap.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Serve warm.
