Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a food processor, combine kale, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Spread kale pesto on each toasted baguette slice.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
