Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kale stems removed
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette French Bread sliced into ½ inch pieces

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine kale, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Spread kale pesto on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
