Kale Guacamole Recipe
A healthy twist on the classic guacamole, adding nutrient-rich kale.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kale chopped
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tomato diced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
1. In a blender, pulse the kale until finely chopped.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados.
3. Add the chopped kale, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
4. Fold in the diced tomato, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
