  • 1 bunch Kale washed and chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped kale and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
