- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine chopped kale, apple slices, walnuts, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
