Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kale, chopped
  • 2 units Apples, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale and thinly sliced apples.
  2. Add the chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
