  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 can White beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kale, white beans, minced garlic, and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Spoon the kale and white bean mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
