Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups Kale, chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  4. 4. Add kale and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked pasta with the kale and mushroom mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
