Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kale, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Sliced almonds toasted
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the kale and Brussels sprouts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the dressing over the kale and Brussels sprouts. Toss to coat.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toasted sliced almonds. Toss again.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or let it sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
