Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Green plantains peeled and sliced lengthwise
  • 1 lb Steak thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Cheese your choice
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Fry the plantain slices until golden brown, then flatten them with a paper towel and fry again until crispy.
  3. 3. Cook the steak in the same pan until done to your liking.
  4. 4. Assemble the sandwich by layering steak, cheese, lettuce, and tomato between two fried plantain slices. Spread mayonnaise on the plantains if desired.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
