Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Broccolini trimmed
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 unit Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. 2. Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. 4. Arrange the broccolini and chickpeas on top of the sauce.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  6. 6. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
