Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups dashi stock
  • 1 block tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions 

  1. Heat dashi stock in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add tofu and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in miso paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions and nori strips before serving.
