  • 1 large Onion (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sliced onion. Cook until translucent.

  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Pour the mixture into the pan.
