- 500 g Beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 large Onion (sliced)
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Sake
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sliced onion. Cook until translucent.
2. Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned.
3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Pour the mixture into the pan.
4. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Serve the beef and sauce over cooked rice.
