Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
  5. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each filled jalapeño.
  6. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
