- 12 pieces Jalapeños halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each filled jalapeño.
Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving.
