Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Olives
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
