Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, feta cheese, and basil.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
