Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved
  • ½ cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • ½ cup Salami diced
  • ½ cup Provolone cheese diced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
