Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved
- ½ cup Pepperoncini sliced
- ½ cup Salami diced
- ½ cup Provolone cheese diced
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- ½ cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
