Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground lamb
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups Mashed potatoes
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground lamb until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add carrots, peas, corn, and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
