Irish Lamb Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground lamb
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups Mashed potatoes
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook ground lamb until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add carrots, peas, corn, and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in tomato paste and flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
