  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Add the rice, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  4. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
