Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pinto Beans dried
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. Rinse and sort the pinto beans.
  2. Add beans, water, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder to the Instant Pot.
  3. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 45 minutes.
  4. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. Open the lid, stir the beans, and serve.
