Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the peeled and chopped potatoes to the Instant Pot. Pour in the water.
  2. 2. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
  4. 4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the warmed milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
