Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 can Kidney Beans 15 oz can, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans 15 oz can, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
