Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 quart Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 quart Chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup Crushed cookies
  • 1 cup Hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup Whipped cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Allow the ice creams to soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Spread the vanilla ice cream evenly in the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. 3. Sprinkle a layer of crushed cookies over the vanilla ice cream.
  4. 4. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the cookie layer.
  5. 5. Spread the chocolate ice cream evenly over the fudge layer.
  6. 6. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. 7. Before serving, remove the cake from the springform pan and top with whipped cream.
