- 4 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) Chopped
1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
2. Spread a generous amount of hummus on each tortilla.
3. Add the chopped mixed vegetables on top of the hummus.
4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut in half if desired.
