  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) Chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. 2. Spread a generous amount of hummus on each tortilla.
  3. 3. Add the chopped mixed vegetables on top of the hummus.
  4. 4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut in half if desired.
