- 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Mixed veggies (cucumber, bell pepper, carrot) sliced
- 1 handful Spinach leaves
1. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
2. Layer the mixed veggies and spinach leaves on top of the hummus.
3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired.
