- 4 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- ½ cup Hummus Store-bought or homemade
- 1 Tomato Sliced
- 1 Cucumber Sliced
- 1 handful Spinach Fresh
1. Spread hummus evenly on two slices of bread.
2. Layer tomato, cucumber, and spinach on top of the hummus.
3. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
4. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
