  • 4 yellow chili peppers seeds and veins removed
  • 1 cup queso fresco fresh white cheese
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 4 saltine crackers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Remove seeds and veins from the yellow chili peppers.
  2. Blend the chili peppers, queso fresco, evaporated milk, saltine crackers, garlic, salt, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Adjust seasoning if needed.
