  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions

  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Let the mixture cool, then blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
  5. 5. Store in a sterilized jar in the refrigerator.
