Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Red chili peppers stems removed
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Let the mixture cool, then blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve.
  5. 5. Store in a bottle and refrigerate.
